How payments work on FAN-X. Fees for each transaction are configured per platform and transaction type and are shown at the point of purchase; this page does not list fee amounts.

Secure Processing

All transactions are encrypted and processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers over TLS 1.2+. FAN-X does not store raw card numbers.

Credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and others as supported)
Alternative regional payment methods where available

Recurring Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time before the next renewal from your account settings (see the Cancellation Policy and Refund & Billing Policy).

Billing Descriptor

Charges appear on your statement under a discreet billing descriptor associated with Fanz Unlimited Network LLC / ccbill. The exact descriptor is shown at checkout.

Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks

Digital purchases are generally final; eligible refund cases are described in the Refund & Billing Policy
If you have a billing concern, contact ccbill or support@fanzunlimited.com before initiating a chargeback
Filing a chargeback without first contacting support is treated as fraud and may result in account termination and a permanent ban

Creator Payouts

Creators receive their earnings on the platform's published payout schedule, subject to the minimum payout threshold and completed tax documentation (W-9 / W-8BEN). Payout amounts, fees, and thresholds are configured per platform and are never hardcoded in this policy. U.S. creators receive a 1099 where required.
