Content & Acceptable-Use Policy

This policy governs what may and may not be posted on FAN-X and how content is moderated.

Acceptable Content

FAN-X permits adult content that meets ALL of the following:

Every participant is 18+ with verified age documentation
Content is created with the full, recorded consent of all parties
Valid § 2257 documentation is maintained
Content complies with platform rules and applicable law
Content is clearly labeled and categorized

Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

The following are strictly prohibited and result in removal and, for the most serious, immediate termination and law-enforcement referral:

CSAM — any sexual content depicting minors (immediate removal + NCMEC report; preserved, never deleted, never used to train models)
Non-consensual content, including ‘revenge porn’ (removed within 48 hours of a valid request)
Non-consensual AI-generated ‘deepfake’ intimate imagery (removed within 48 hours)
Human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation
Bestiality or animal abuse
Real incest, extreme violence, gore, or content promoting illegal activity
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
Content that infringes intellectual-property rights
Misleading or fraudulent content

Paywall Transparency (No Bait-and-Switch)

Subscribers must receive what they are promised.

At least 70% of a creator's content (rolling 90 days) must be accessible to subscribers; at most 30% may be pay-per-view
Pre-subscription disclosure of each creator's content breakdown is mandatory
PPV and subscription content must be clearly labeled

Prohibited marketing phrases (they imply everything is included when PPV exists): "full access", "unlimited access", "all content included", "everything included", "complete access". Our system scans for these and blocks them.

Content Moderation

All uploads are scanned with hash-matching (e.g. PhotoDNA-class) and AI screening on every image and sampled video frame — including live streams — via VerifyMy and our moderation pipeline
Flagged content is reviewed by trained staff, generally within 24 hours
Community members can report content; reports are prioritized
Live streams are moderated in real time and stopped automatically when prohibited content is detected
Creators may appeal moderation decisions through support

Data Governance

Content is encrypted at rest and in transit
Access is restricted by subscription status and creator permissions
Deleted content is purged within 30 days (except records law requires we retain)
§ 2257 records are retained for at least 7 years as required by federal law
Daily encrypted backups are maintained

Creator Responsibilities

Obtain and maintain valid § 2257 documentation for all performers
Ensure all content complies with this policy and applicable law
Categorize and label content accurately
Respond to takedown and consent-revocation requests promptly
Maintain accurate account and payment information
Report any suspected policy violations

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, permanent termination, and — for illegal content — reporting to law enforcement. Severity depends on the nature and frequency of the violation. Report content to support@fanzunlimited.com.
