How to cancel a subscription on FAN-X and what happens when you do.
Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel any time from your account settings
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel before the next renewal
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time (see the Refund & Billing Policy for eligible exceptions)
- You can resubscribe any time at the then-current rates
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact support or ccbill before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support is treated as fraud and may result in account termination and a permanent ban.
Billing Support
Payments are processed by ccbill. Contact ccbill directly for charge inquiries, subscription changes, and billing issues, or reach us at support@fanzunlimited.com.
Account Deletion
To delete your account entirely, contact support@fanzunlimited.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Records we are required by law to retain (including any § 2257 records) are kept for the mandated period even after account deletion.
