Please read these Terms carefully before using FAN-X. By accessing or using FAN-X you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age and consent to viewing adult content
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law
You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
If you are a creator, you have completed age and identity verification

2. Account

When you create an account you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Not share your account or allow multiple users

3. Content & License

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content you grant FAN-X a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. Adult content is permitted only from age- and identity-verified creators, featuring only verified adults 18+, with recorded participant consent.

4. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; renewal terms are disclosed before purchase
You may cancel at any time before the next renewal from your account settings
You receive a confirmation for charges

5. Honest Interactions

Messages presented as coming from a creator must reflect that creator. Any assistant used to help respond to messages must be disclosed and may not impersonate the creator; the creator remains responsible for all messages sent from their account.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

Any content involving minors or appearing to involve minors
Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated ‘deepfake’ imagery
Human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation
Bestiality or animal abuse
Incitement of violence or terrorism
Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
Harassment, stalking, or doxxing
Circumventing platform security or payment systems
Impersonation, fake accounts, or unauthorized automation and scraping

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may terminate your account at any time.

Pending payouts are processed before closure if the account is in good standing
Content is removed within 30 days of termination
Records required by law (including any § 2257 records) are retained for the required period
Terminated users may be prohibited from creating new accounts

8. Enforcement & Appeals

First violation: warning in most cases
Second violation: temporary restriction
Third violation: extended suspension
Severe or repeated (e.g. CSAM, trafficking, real violence): immediate termination without warning

You may appeal by contacting support@fanzunlimited.com within 30 days of the action.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Fanz Unlimited Network LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
