By submitting an advertisement or engaging in marketing on our platforms, advertisers agree to comply with this policy.1. Acceptable Content• General Standards: All advertisements must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and consumer protection laws. • Prohibited Content: • Illegal, discriminatory, or hateful content. • Misleading or deceptive claims. • Content promoting violence, harassment, or abuse. • Ads that contain explicit or adult material on platforms that do not permit such content. • Malware, spyware, or links to malicious websites. • Restricted Content: • Ads for alcohol, tobacco, or cannabis must comply with local and federal regulations. • Political and advocacy ads are subject to review and must not incite violence or misinformation.2. Platform-Specific RequirementsEach platform under the Fanz™ Unlimited Network may have additional requirements based on its niche audience. Advertisers must ensure their content aligns with the intended audience and platform guidelines.Examples:• BoyFanz.com: Ads must be inclusive and appropriate for LGBTQ+ audiences. • RedneckFanz.com: Content should align with rural and southern culture without perpetuating stereotypes. • PupFanz.com: Ads for pet-related products or services must not promote animal cruelty.3. Ad Placement Guidelines• Advertisers may select from the following options: • Banner ads (header, footer, sidebar). • Video ads (pre-roll, mid-roll). • Sponsored content or posts. • Featured listings or spotlight sections. • Placement requests are subject to availability and platform approval.4. Accuracy and Claims• Advertisers must ensure all claims in their advertisements are accurate and substantiated. • Comparative advertising must be factual and not misleading. • Testimonials must reflect genuine experiences and comply with FTC guidelines.5. Review and Approval Process• All advertisements are subject to review and approval by Fanz™ Unlimited Network’s marketing team. • Fanz™ reserves the right to reject or remove any ad that does not comply with this policy. • Approval does not guarantee performance or engagement metrics.6. Intellectual Property• Advertisers must have the right to use all content, trademarks, and materials included in their advertisements. • Advertisers grant Fanz™ Unlimited Network a license to use submitted ads for placement and promotional purposes.7. Payment Terms• Payments for ad placements must be completed prior to the campaign start date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. • Refunds are issued only in cases where ads were not displayed due to platform issues.8.
